Breakfast Bombs

Breakfast bombs are a delightful and hearty way to kickstart your morning! To prepare them in an air fryer, gather the following ingredients: 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough, 6-8 eggs, 1 cup of cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage, 1 cup of shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella), salt, pepper, and optional toppings such as chopped green onions or diced bell peppers

Begin by preheating your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a skillet until just set, then mix in the cooked sausage and cheese. Next, separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one into a circle. Place a generous spoonful of the egg mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the edges over to enclose the filling and shape them into balls. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the breakfast bombs seam-side down in a single layer. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Let them cool slightly before serving, and enjoy these scrumptious breakfast treats with your favorite toppings!
