Honey Balsamic Chicken

For a delicious and easy honey baked balsamic chicken made in an air fryer, you'll need the following ingredients: 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on), 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.

Start by mixing the honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a flavorful marinade. Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or bowl, pour the marinade over them, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.

Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Once heated, arrange the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin-side up, and cook for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving, and relish the delightful combination of sweet and tangy flavors!
