Honey Bourbon Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients:



• 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick


• 1/4 cup honey


• 2 tablespoons bourbon


• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard


• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar


• 2 cloves garlic, minced


• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika


• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, bourbon, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the pork chops generously with the honey bourbon mixture, reserving a little for basting.
  4. Grill the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Brush with the reserved glaze in the final minute of cooking.
