Steak Fajitas

Cooking steak fajitas in an air fryer is a quick and flavorful way to enjoy this classic dish. Gather the following ingredients: 1 pound of flank steak or sirloin, 1 bell pepper (any color), 1 onion, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, salt, pepper, and tortillas for serving.

Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). While it heats, slice the steak, bell pepper, and onion into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, then toss the steak and vegetables in this mixture until well-coated. Place the steak and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Once the steak is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are tender, remove them from the air fryer and serve in warm tortillas. Add your favorite toppings such as salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for a delicious meal!
